didn't sleep real well last night. lots of things going through my mind. physically i continue to get stronger and healthier. my white blood cell count contiunes to soar. the bottom of the normal range (the point at which the warden will commute my sentence) is 3.5. saturday morning i was .6, sunday morning 1.2, monday morning 2.1, 2.8 this morning. i'm obviously headed in the right direction. mentally i'm stronger now as well. i have some new emotional energy to focus on my condition. once again, thank you to all the family and friends who continue to support, understand, pray for, and send love to me and my family. jani, i need my pom-poms.
Just thinkin' about
Tomorrow
I just stick out my chin
And Grin,
And Say,
Oh! The sun'll come out
Tomorrow
So ya gotta hang on
'Til tomorrow
Come what may Tomorrow!

If our calculations and prayers are right, you should be at 3.6 today! Keep the faith, and remember how many people love and are praying for you.
LOL

Praying for you down here in Austin! We love you very much Kurt! The Fang Family
Kurt,
You are getting stronger each day.
Stay positive & laugh often.
I will let Greg recite the words from HAIR
Joe
My... what a lovely singing voice you have, Annie! ;)
Go blood cells Go - up Up UP!!!
SOUNDS LIKE YOU'VE MADE THE TURN AND ARE COMING IN TO THE HOME STRETCH. YEAH! YEAH! YEAH!
YOU SOUND SO MUCH STRONGER AND YOU'LL BE HOME SOON.
LOVE,
DUKE & LINDA
Hey Kurt; Sounds good. Praying for good news on the BM (Bone Marrow) results now. You need to give us a report on the food. Any steak?? Pretty soon it'll be back to Jani's cooking. I voted today (only once) that tells you what side I'm on. Only 3 people ahead of me at 9:00am. Guess the whole city is home getting ready for the big barbecue in grant park. I'm off at 1:15 for the architectural tour with my big client from Calif.
but I'll be back in lockdown at 260 E. before dark.
Keep up the the positive and continue to get well. Love you, TMIL CJI
It's time to come home, you're quoting Annie! Yikes. The words are nice, but I truly can't stand that whiny, little red head screeching out that song. It makes my skin crawl. How about a little disco--Gloria Gaynor's "I WIll Survive." Kurt, c u tomorrow--what's on Oprah?
I'm happy to hear about your white blood cells Kurt. You remain in my daily thoughts and prayers. I'd ask about your absentee ballot, but poll projections tell us that your vote doesn't matter either way... :-) hang in there
Kurt:
I've arranged with the nurses to call you right before they come in to roust you. That way, when they turn on the klieg lights, you'll at least be on your way up. So expect to hear from me every four hours, dude.
Kick those white cells up! You need a furlough home to the downstairs sofa!
